The company was established in 1976, under the trade name of “A. KARASSAVAS & CO. GENERAL PARTNERSHIP”, dealing exclusively with rubber processing.

In 1985, the company was transferred to its privately owned plant in SINDOS, THEASSALONIKI, extending to a 14,000-m² area with a 3,500-m² roofed space.

The company deals with rubber processing, manufactures products intended for general industrial use, especially custom-made products depending on the particular needs of its customers.

In the past decade, acquiring known-how by its famous foreign suppliers (BAYER, RHEINCHEMIE, AMERIPOL etc.), the company has become able to manufacture all kinds of custom-made products with spectacular results.

Thus, the company has managed to become the supplier of famous public and private enterprises all over Greece [Public Power Corporation (D.E.I), Port Organization of Thessaloniki (O.L.TH.), Water & Drainage Association of Thessaloniki (E.V.A.TH.), Greek Sugar Industry (E.B.Z), COCA-COLA, DEL-MONDE, PYRAMIS etc.].

Additionally, through the use of special elastomers (silicone, polyurethane etc.), the company succeeds in manufacturing high-quality products to be used for industrial, constructional and shipbuilding purposes.
